The initial expressed need was to create an utility token to give value to the NFT project community. Unfortunately, the size of the community was not suited to it. Noma presented and explained the different variables of the problem (regulation, market dynamics, community, business model, token features…), analysed the competitive landscape, and animated a brainstorming exercise which led to the identification of alternative solutions.
A launchpad was selected as the optimal solution to give value to the community. Noma developed the launchpad token economic model and adapted it to the specific NFT project needs.
